 Our camp is postponed this year (summer 2009) due to lack of adult volunteers. So have a great summer and we’ll see everyone next year, refreshed and ready to go.

What to Bring

a lunch bag with a peanut-free snack
a sun hat
sunscreen (please apply some before you arrive)
Please do NOT bring toys or personal items with you.

Registration

You may register your child or children in either of two ways.

  1. fill out the registration form online using the form below, and submit it electronically to the Parish Office - don't forget to print and sign the waiver and deliver the original to the Parish Office.

    OR
     
  2. print the registration form and waiver (.pdf file) fill it out and sign the waiver and deliver the original to the Parish Office.

the fee is $30 per child or $40 per family

IMPORTANT: PLEASE NOTE
If you use the online form below, the waiver still must be printed, signed and personally delivered to the office. We must have the original signed waiver, not a copy, e-mail or fax. Or, you may bring the waiver with you and hand it in to the office on the first day of school.
