All Saints' Day - November 1, 2010

On October 31st, we celebrate All Hallow's Eve - Hallowe'en. While most of us may not realize it this is the Vigil of All Saints' Day.

On All Saints' Day at the 12 PM Mass this year, we had all our Sunday School children dress up as saints and march through the church singing an upbeat version of the Litany of the Saints to the tune of Oh, When the Saints Go Marching In.

You will notice in the pictures that some people are dressed in simple jeans and t-shirts. These students represent the un-named or aspiring saints in our midst. How many of the saints can you recognize by their costumes?
